Your business may choose to partner with Forsberg Development and share ownership of the site and building or you may choose to join with Limited partners to share the site and building costs for the square footage and floor plan that works for you. Currently, both our office parks, Fountain Pointe and Okemos Pointe are anchored by non-profit companies. The Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association (MITA) is a trade association of construction related businesses and built its headquarters at Fountain Pointe a couple of years ago.

The Michigan Dental Association is relocating to Okemos Pointe Office Park this fall when construction of their building is completed.
